Elizabeth Hurley’s anti-ageing meditation practice

Has Hurley given away one of her anti-ageing secrets with this post? The photo is captioned: “Small sun bathing break between meditations”.

What’s more, according to the tag, the photo was taken at Ananda Spa, an Ayurvedic wellness retreat in the Himalayas, India.

The spa’s basic Dhyana Meditation programme involves individual wellness, fitness and ayurvedic consultations, a schedule of wellness activities include yoga, pranayama (a breath control practice), meditation and a weekly trek.

Hurley’s post has prompted followers to speculate the practice of meditation is what keeps her young, with one writing, “I need a little meditation myself”, while someone else added: “Meditation does wonders”.

How else does Elizabeth Hurley maintain her youthful looks?

While Hurley’s appearance is likely down to a combination of good genes and hard work, she has shared some insights over the years.

Her regime includes moisturising up to 10 times a day, and paying visits to the famous Viva Mayr Clinic in Austria, a favourite health and wellbeing destination among celebrities.
